Business Economics


The aim of the course is to introduce students to issues related to the character of firms as organisations, with reference to technical financial decisions. The topics covered in the course are: business environment (internal & external), types of business organisations, business organisational structure, business planning, business management, total quality management. The course also includes some technical topics as follows: break-even analysis, production and cost functions, and balance sheet analysis.
