Prof. Dr. Theofanis Papageorgiou acts as Assistant Professor of Economic Analysis in the Department of Business Administration, University of Patras. He holds a BSc from the University of Piraeus (UNIPI), an MSc in European Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), as well as a PhD and a Post-Doc, both from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He teaches / has taught for several years, among other courses, Political Economy, History of Economic Thought, and Applied Econometrics. Theofanis has authored or co-authored more than 30 papers in international peer-reviewed Journals and Conferences, including: Journal of Economic Issues, European Journal of the History of Economic Thought, American Journal of Economics and Sociology, Economic Modeling, International Journal of Social Economics, Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Economic Asymmetries, etc. Finally, he has co-authored, with Prof. Dr. P.G. Michaelides, a textbook on Business Cycles.
